One Easy Way To Incorporate Fall Into Your Home

One big decor tip that is definitely trendy right now, but it can also stand the test of time, is using throws throughout your home. I’m not talking about using throws in a traditional way (you know, to keep yourself and loved ones warm). No, I am talking about using them for aesthetic purposes only, and there are so many options and ways to do this. I LOVE pulling in throws for fall because not only do they come in wonderful fall colors, but they bring a sense of warmth and coziness to a home that only fall and winter can elicit. They also bring an unexpected aesthetic to surprising places. My mom was recently sitting in one of our chairs, and she turned her head to see a beautiful fall throw folded over the back of it. She had not noticed it before and commented on the colors, so we began to discuss my favorite place to get these throws, which is Etsy! This got me thinking about sharing my favorite picks with you all, so I have compiled a list below of some of my absolute favorites.

Here are some ideas to get you started on placement of your throw:

  1. On the back of a chair

  2. Spread out on the back of a couch

  3. At the end of your bed

  4. Thrown over a bench

  5. Draped over an ottoman coffee table

  6. Used as a table cloth

I’m showing you guys three different ways I used the same throw for fall decor. I kept it out all summer because I loved it so much. Keep scrolling.

This was the perfect way to greet our guests during fall-a warm and inviting entrance!

I put it over the chair in this image. There are so many different ways to style it, and I plan on investing in another throw this fall.

Love these, and the colors are chef’s kiss!

You can’t go wrong with any of these!

This one has so many great colors! Imagine this one next to a vase with deep, purple flowers.

After this blog, I am ready for all the fall decor, so let’s get shopping!

Love,
